Incorrect Dimmensions or Units

Incorrect dimensions or units can prevent items from being loaded properly. For example, entering 1000 cm instead of 100 cm makes the system treat the box as 10 meters long, which cannot fit in most containers. Always double-check that length, width, height, and weight are entered in the correct units (cm and kg) to ensure accurate load planning.

Incorrect Dimmensions

In some cases, an item may not be loaded into the container because its dimensions exceed the available container space.

  • Example: Item 21 (1000 × 100 × 100 cm, 10 kg) could not be placed inside the container.
  • The container in use is 20’ HC (Length: 575.8 cm, Width: 235.2 cm, Height: 238.5 cm).
  • Since Item 21 has a length of 1000 cm, it is larger than the maximum container dimension and cannot fit.

Incorrect Units

  • Instead of entering 18 kg, the value was written as 18,000 g.
  • CargoLoader3D expects all weights in kilograms (kg) by default.
  • As a result, the system calculated the item as 18,000 kg, which is far heavier than the container’s max load.
