Enable Grouping:
Our grouping feature ensures that cargo is loaded in the correct unloading order
When you enable ‘Enable Grouping’ from the right hand menu, your grouped items will
be arranged in the correct unloading order. It is selected by default. This is
particularly useful when unloading at multiple stops, as it allows you to prioritise
the unloading of later groups, reducing operational effort and saving time.

Disable Grouping:
If you select Disable Grouping, the system will ignore the group order and focus on
optimising load placement based purely on efficiency. This approach provides the
most efficient organisation in terms of space without considering predefined
groupings.
To use this feature effectively, load items in batches and ensure that the batches to be unloaded later are placed towards the end of the container. These subsequent batches will be positioned appropriately to optimise the unloading process.

PDF:
Additionally, when exporting loading details as a PDF, group information is now included in the report, providing a comprehensive overview of the categorized items. This ensures that all relevant details are available for documentation, making logistics planning and execution even more transparent and efficient.

Keep Box Order And Grouping :
Using Grouping and Keep Box Order together in cargoLoader enhances both loading
efficiency and organization. Grouping allows you to prioritize unloading sequences
for multiple destinations, ensuring the cargo is unloaded in the correct order. Keep
Box Order maintains the exact sequence of items as initially planned, which is
crucial for deliveries requiring specific order adherence. Combined, these features
offer a perfect balance of flexibility and precision, allowing for optimized loading
while ensuring the cargo’s integrity and unloading accuracy at each stop.
