Hello,

We are delighted to announce a new update for Cargoloader. This update includes several enhancements, bug fixes, and exciting new features. Additionally, we'd like to provide you with a sneak peek into our upcoming plans for the software.

New Features:

1.In-App Tutorial:

• Complete Information:

We understand that getting started with our application is crucial, and we want to make it as seamless as possible. With this update, we've added an in-app tutorial to guide users through the key functionalities and features. Whether you're a new user or looking to explore advanced capabilities, the tutorial will help you make the most of our 3D loading experience.




• How to Access:

The tutorial screen will automatically appear the first time you open the CargoLoader3D with any new browser. If you wish to review the tutorial again, you can activate it by clicking the 'In-App Tutorial' button located in the top-right menu.

2.Optimization / Performance Increase

• Scene Optimization

In response to feedback received from users utilizing our system, we have conducted optimization efforts to address performance issues experienced by users with lower-performing systems, particularly when loading a high number of boxes into the scene. With this update, we have resolved performance drops and slowdowns.

As seen in the example above, the performance drop when adding a large number of boxes is evident in the left image. With our recent improvements, we have overcome this issue, providing a smoother user experience. As depicted in the right image, you can observe the noticeable difference achieved through our enhancements.

• Web Traffic Optimization

Cargoloader now features web traffic optimization, resulting in a substantial decrease in packet sizes and a significant reduction in packet request times. This dual enhancement not only minimizes bandwidth usage but also greatly improves overall efficiency in processing packet requests, contributing to a smoother and more responsive user experience.

3.Box Highlight:

• Highlighted Box:

When a large number of boxes are added, identifying the specific location of a particular box can become challenging. To address this, we've introduced a highlighting feature for boxes. Now, your boxes will stand out distinctly from others, making it easier to pinpoint their locations within the scene.



How to Use:

• When the result screen is opened in the item panel, eye-shaped icons appear when hovering over the boxes.
• When this button is clicked, other boxes in the scene will be hidden, and the selected box will be highlighted.
• Clicking the eye icon on another box allows you to switch the highlighted box.

As depicted in the images above, on the left screen, the positions of the boxes are visible without highlighting. On the right screen, only the specified box is highlighted, offering a clearer focus on its location.

4.Orbit Controls:

• Now Panning Available:

In tall container and truck types, navigating the scenes could be challenging due to the absence of a pan feature. Now, with the added pan feature, you can enjoy a more spacious exploration of the scene.



How to Use:

• You can adjust the pan value by holding down the right mouse button.

5.News Panel:

• For quick access to notifications related to our platform:

We've designed a section where you can quickly access the latest updates and notifications by clicking on the bell icon in the top-right corner of Cargoloader.

Other Changes:

• Clicking on input fields will now automatically select the existing values for improved usability.

• We provided compatibility for Safari and Firefox, in addition to Chrome and Edge.

• Clicking on the coordinate cube rotated the scene to look from above, depending on the perspective. We've fixed this issue and changed it to now display the top left perspective by default.

• We are renaming the Backup panel to Auto Save for better clarity.

Bug Fixes:

• The ability to toggle the item and space panels open or closed has been disabled when in the shipment and Auto Save panels on the header bar. ✔

• We have updated the starting weight limit for boxes from 1 to 0. ✔

Sneak Peek into the Future:

• Users manually place boxes according to their preferences. This enhancement provides users with greater flexibility and control, allowing them to determine the position and arrangement of each box themselves. This is particularly beneficial for users with specific loading requirements and enables them to create more customized loading configurations.

• The addition of various space types, such as vessel, trucks, and more.

• Axle load calculation involves determining the weight borne by individual axles, typically in vehicles like trucks or trailers. The 'display of load distribution' refers to visualizing how the weight is distributed across these axles, ensuring that it complies with safety regulations and vehicle load limits. This feature helps users understand and manage the balance of weight within their vehicles, promoting safe and efficient transportation.

• Adding different units of measurement means introducing the ability to work with various systems of measurement, such as metric, imperial, or custom units. Users will have the flexibility to choose the unit of measurement that best suits their needs, making it easier to work with different standards and preferences.

• Support for different languages refers to the capability of the software to provide its interface and content in multiple languages.
